The objective of this upgrade is to extend the service life of the existing civil structures, roof structures, improve the access and use of facilities for people living with disability and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act. The scope covers sport ground, call centre & head office, civil workshops, classrooms, admin, hall, computer lab, fire detection & suppression, disability compliance, sewer, and renewable energy.
